Return & Exchange Instructions & Steps:
1. When you receive a defective or wrong products.
2. Please be sure to keep your shopping invoice and contact us within 2 days after receiving the goods to let us know the reason for your return or exchange.
3. Please pack the goods and purchase invoice properly, then send them back to us.
4. Our company will review whether it meets the conditions for return or exchange when we receive the goods. Then it will take seven working days (excluding holidays) to exchange your product. Postage subsidy or refunding will be provided/not provided. We will then will inform you of the progress by our service line or official Line account.
Important information for returns and exchanges:
* If the product is returned to our company with incomplete packaging or lost invoice, our company reserves the rights not to accept the return or exchanges.
* If you want to return or exchange the product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the postage of both sending and returning the product, as well as the bank handling fee, which will be automatically deducted from the refund.
* If the return or exchange postage is caused by our company's negligence, we will reimburse your postage after completing the return or exchange related matters.
