Another two months have gone by. This time, through the recommendation of a kind animal rescuer, we've come to learn more about the association 台灣之心 HOTAC, which is dedicated to helping stray animals through its three core missions — neutering, education, and advocacy.
We truly admire their efforts, especially its four major neutering programs to help reduce the number of stray animals.
